Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:
✅ All parts, components, and packaging must be intact and in the same condition as when the product arrived.
✅ Evidence of normal handling is required; breakages resulting from improper handling will not be accepted for return.
✅ Products requiring hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
✅ Faulty products must be reported immediately upon receipt to be eligible for return.
✅ Return shipping fees may apply, depending on our policy.
Returns are processed within 7 business days, and confirmation will be provided once all conditions are met.
❗ We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to the customer's fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Include the following information in your email:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
Your full name
Your shipping address
Once we review your request, we will provide you with the return address.
🚫 Do not return the package to the sender! We will provide you with the correct return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations within 3 hours of placing your order.
⏳ Cancellations cannot be processed beyond this period.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If more than 3 hours have passed, the order will already be processed, and the standard return policy will apply.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following conditions:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the last item in your order.
Since our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately after being placed. We cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds can only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Important Notes on Returns & Refunds
📦 Shipment in Transit:
Our goods are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times that are beyond our control.
If your order is already in transit, withdrawal is not possible until you receive the item.
You may return it after delivery, but shipping costs will apply.
🔄 Refund Processing:
If you withdraw from your order, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs for expedited shipping).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return request.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
🚚 All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
